About us

The inn is over a hundred years old; it is owned by the De Paola family, who will pamper you in the restaurant with Italian specialities and regional delicacies

The husband and wife De Paola team has run Restaurant Schlossgarten in Kilchberg since 1993 and now employ 8 members of staff. 

We want our guests to enjoy their time with us, so our dishes are always freshly prepared and, whenever possible, use seasonal ingredients. In addition to our Italian cuisine, we also offer a varied selection of regional and international dishes. Our speciality is ravioli filled with veal, though these ravioli may also come filled with chanterelle and artichokes if they are in season. Our "Calves' liver alla veneziana" is also well known and much loved. 

Many of our customers from Kilchberg and the surrounding area have come to us repeatedly for years. A large number of our guests also find their way to us from the city of Zurich and the other side of the lake. We look forward to meeting you too!
